Ability LMS uses a "display sequence" to order items such as courses. Items with lower numbers show toward the top and items with higher numbers show up toward the bottom.
By default, the display sequence is set in increments of 10. However, you can change the display sequence to a different number which can affect the order that the item appears in a form.
Once you've changed numbers, you can easily renumber them (without losing their order sequence) back to increments of 10 with the click of a button.
In the example below, you can see that "Course_CourseTitle" has a display sequence of 15. After clicking on the RE-ORDER DATA ITEMS icon, "Course_CourseTitle" now has a display sequence of 20 and all of the display sequences are now in increments of 10.
