These are the four most commonly used workflows in Ability LMS.
Prerequisite Course - This workflow assigns a required course to be completed before the next course in a Learning Track can be started.
User Sign-Off - This workflow is used when presenting learning content as a Word, PowerPoint, PDF document or other non-standard eLearning formats. The workflow asks the Learner if they are ready to mark the training as completed or finished.
Post-Training Survey - This workflow is used to present survey questions after the training has been completed.
Post Course Assessment - This workflow is used to present test questions after the training has been completed.
