Merge Fields allow you to personalize emails with information such as the Learner's name, a class title and other information. Each merge field label represent data that will be extracted from the database and inserted into the email before it is sent out.

MaxIT has compiled a list of valid Merge Fields, along with additional sheets for common HTML tag, special character and other related data that can be used when creating various types of emails that can be sent from AbilityLMS.
